We are currently seeking a dependable and organized clerical employee to join our team. This position is an essential part of our clinic operations and helps ensure patients receive a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, must be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record system
- Process patient payments and provide receipts when necessary
- Scan, file, and organize medical and administrative documents
- Provide administrative support to physicians, clinical staff, and management as needed
Qualifications include previous medical office experience (preferred), basic computer skills, and ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Clinical Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our healthcare team. This position plays an important role in delivering quality patient care and supporting providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Triage patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Administer medications and injections as ordered by providers
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Perform basic clinical procedures and diagnostic testing
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging as ordered by providers
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Follow all radiation safety protocols

- Support clinic workflow and assist team members as needed
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification in the state of Mississippi is preferred
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
